I don't want to hear complaints about distances! For the OCTO barndoor reunion in California, plenty of buses were driven more than a thousand miles (2200 km) to attend the show. My lovely bride and I drove a barndoor with less than 20 miles on a new engine 1200 miles right to the show from Washington State (thanks Greg and Clara). _________________ Founder and Chairman Emeritus, ECMSAS

Very nice idea & great concept with the history background.
That news made my day Niels!
As I won`t be ready for Hessisch which makes me sad, as that was my aim 4 years ago family, new house, work work bla bla bla bla...
Anyway, 2014 would be possible. I will do my best to get the 52 there. 3inch front beam is in the making by dogback performance at the moment Panels for the front rep. and to close the portholes are being collected.
See you there! |

A historical place Niels.

Exactly!! That is THE location where it's all going to take place guys! |
The person pushing from the passenger side bears a very strong resemblance to Matthys Limbach, whom Pon sent to Wolfsburg in 1948 to be trained as a mechanic and emigrated to the U.S. shortly afterwards... _________________ Thanks,

Correct! And I even took the plane from the EU to check it all out! |
And I'm planning on doing the same for your event. Looking forward to seeing the record broken! _________________ Founder and Chairman Emeritus, ECMSAS
