I Need Help Guys! What Can I Do?

I really hate to do this, but at this point I feel like I have no more options.

I bought a car (1963 VW Bug) from Lind Bjornsen last year. My first VW project, I was super excited to get started. It was supposed to be delivered last year. It's been too long, and I've been waiting patiently. At this point I'm worried that he just took the money and ran with it.

I've offered many times to drive to Idaho to pick up the car myself, and given him plenty of time to come thru, without harassing. I feel like I genuinely being super cool and patient with him, and even made prompt payments when he requested the money for the car, plus payment for work he was supposed to do, to get it running for me.

I've run out of options, at this point, I just want to get my money back from him, so I can acquire another vw car I can restore. I've already passed up on other opportunities because my money is tied up with Lind.

I've already tried to contact him both thru email and phone and I haven't gotten any responses. If any of you guys know Lind, I would appreciate you guys let him know I'm trying to settle this with him, and would appreciate it a quick resolution.
