Chip Foose doesn't go with trends he sets trends he is a legend of the day and I am looking forward to seeing what chip brings out this weekend when I am at autorama. Though I have not cared for any of the VW's he's done, some of his other work has been pretty nice. Nothing specific comes to mind right now.

You guys are hilarious. Just because Foose doesn't build VW's like everybody else has for the last 30 years, you come on here and trash talk him. I'm not crazy about the VW's he's built but the American rides he builds are awesome! Get out of your VW shell and look at some of his other work before you make blanket statements about him.

Chip's a car guy who enjoys playing around with cars, what can really be wrong with that?
Next thing Jay Leno is a dick cause he has too many cars or Magnus Walker sucks because he makes his own non-standard accessories of his Porsche's.
I dunno, we're all car guys, that something that is becoming rarer every year.

Thats me,a car guy. If it has a engine and wheels and I like it,then its cool in my book. I have never met Chip Foose and while I do love a lot of his cars ther are a few I dont like. I know that there are people that dont like the style of cars I build, but then I built it because I like it. Dont forget about RWB as I am sure there are a lot of Porsche purists that would love to take him out and throw him off an airplane for what he is doing to the 911s, but again I think they look badass. |

Nope if its seen on a trailer after this show season ,it will because its broke or someone stole it. Dean builds all his cars to drive the ever living hell out of them. There will be videos of this car on some road race tracks later this year.
Well the Blue Mamba didnt make it to the Great 8. When the judges came to judge the car,it developed a horrible missfire and wouldnt run. They have tracked it down to a bad cam sensor, but bythen they were disqualified for the Ridler. They did walk away with Best Engineered of the Show. |
