| I received spring plates and spring plate bushings from Marshall a short while back. They arrived sooner than expected. I did ask for black bushings and received red, however this will not affect my future business with this seller. |

| Placed an order through Marshall, no further contact until the following week when I inquired as to wether the item had shipped. Come to find the item wasn't in stock, and he wasn't sure when it would be. He issued a refund the following Monday. I don't agree with the ethics of advertising an item you don't stock, and not disclosing it. |

| Placed two orders through Marshall, contact with him almost daily until the following week when the orders shipped and arrived. He called to let me know he made a mistake and overcharged me $1.50 and also found some good used parts instead of selling me new parts saving me money. Marshall is the kind of guy I will buy all my parts from and he's great for advice and feedback on my Baja build project. I have always found that if you treat people the way you want to be treated they will respond in a positive way and Marshall definitely did that. He's also the son of a veteran and I will always support veterans families in any way possible. Thanks Marhsall, my next parts order is being drafted today. |

I love my new Race Trim seats and thanks for saving me a ton of money putting all my other parts in the same box. 80lb box of VW parts - doesn't get any better than that...FedEx lady hates me, LOL...Thanks again Marshall, when I win the NC lottery I will be ordering a fully restored 21 window barn door bus, Ghia sedan and convertible, 2 door truck, and maybe a Thing too.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me, but my short shifter kit shipped eventually.
Nice guy and solid prices, but he needs to improve response times and inventory tracking.
I would order again, but I'd make sure they have the item in hand first.
The item was packaged well and a tracking number provided.

Thanks for all the good feed back.. I have a lot of parts in stock and some I do not.. I am building up my inventory on every order but it is impossible to have it all.. I do all my orders on Mondays and typically ships that friday. If it is in stock it will ship with in couple of days..
I am working on a website so it will make things easier. I keep my pricing cheap so I can get bigger orders to save on the shipping to my location to save my customers on shipping.
I can not please everyone. If you have a personal issue with me "Gordon" call me or come to my shop and we will discuss the issue.
Any feedback related to my products, service, good or bad please let me know I encourage it.. |

| I ordered an oil galley plug kit from Marshall and everything went well with the transaction. The price was great, he only charged me for cost of shipping (no extra 'handling' fees), and he was responsive to emails and questions. Thanks again! |

It is not my fault you live in Israel. I'm not CIP and have every single part in stock. My prices are cheap for a reason. You want them fast no problem.. You just have to pay for it. You cannot have your cake and eat it at the same time. |

Thanks for all the replies. Please understand that I am a one man shop with a lot of cars to work on. I sell parts cheap just to build my orders up to save on shipping to me and I only charge you what it cost for shipping the part nothing else. Some parts I carry all the time and some parts I do not. Normally it does not take long to get parts in but some times it does..
Please ask if parts are in stock and I will tell you yes or no.. if yes they will ship out in a couple of days and if not I will tell you how long it will take. If it works for you then its all good . If not then I have no issue of you buying some where else and I will recommend a place that has it in stock. |
