if you had to ask, you are not worthy. get the fricking 21 window and sell the bay. do it. now. you will not regret it. bays are plentiful, even a super original 72....that 21 is GOLD. 72...not so much.

Yeah..Depends.. If it has all of the original seats and not later ones, rear bumper, not rusted bad underneath, then that sounds fair.

I would not say a deal but fair. See, people see these 50k prices and think every one of them is worth 50. I would not mind taking a look at it though.

Stuart, I think by now you know me well enough to know that I do not have $20k laying around. Heck I dont even have $20 laying around these days. The only way I would ever get my hands on this bus is if my dad bought it. I wish I could sell my 72 for a 21 window but its not that simple.

If its all there and correct, its a great deal. 21's in decent shape are getting harder to find by the minute.

Again. With just those pictures, how can you tell it is a good deal? I bet it has rust. How does the nose, passenger side, floors, etc? Any dents? How are the belly pans? That is the thing...You see several @ 45-100k. Are they selling? For how much? I think it is a fair deal.

I am sure its debatable if its worthy of this thread because I really didnt do anything.
Did all the "leg work" from behind the computer/phone.
haha
Just wanted to share. I am trying to use this as trade bait toward the DD mango standard I have been trying to get for a while now.
Wish me luck.

He said he would sell it but Im not sure it is worth the price, what would you guys estimate the value at? Sorry for the crappy cell pics, my good SLR was in my bus and I was driving a stupid ford.

I wouldnt buy anything based on 2 pictures, but it seems like he has seen it. His first sentence states "original paint, walkthrough, 21 window, minimal rust, and all the seats"...if thats true, its a great deal. It sounds like he doesnt have the $$$, so Im guessing the PM's are about to start rolling in; it has a lot of qualities that flippers and collectors are looking for; completeness and OG paint help its value...all the seats too...

I have seen this bus in person as I am the one who took the crappy pics because I didn't have my nice camera. I don't have the cash but my dad might be interested in buying it. When I say minimal rust I mean that their are still the original floor pans but they have some holes but what do you expect with this old of a chunk of metal? As far as the seats the bus is filled with parts that look like they belong to this bus and there are white seats in their that I assume belong to this bus. I will probably go look at it again this weekend and take some better pics. Yes of course the PM's are rolling in Laughing
