Just install a ground strap between the trans and the body. Get a braided one, it's closer to OEM. The ground strap is one of the connections between the starter motor and the battery. You have about 200 amps into the starter, you need a ground path back to the battery of 200 amps. It has to be a connection that doesn't go through an insulator, like a suspension bushing. So find something that is a direct connection to the battery ground. Don't worry about De-Oxit, grease will do just fine.
