If the mat you are talking about is the one over the engine area, I think I saw a green-ish one before. Or is that the one that goes over the wood floor in the camper area?? |

Flipseat mats are black, since your bus is a late '61, maybe its a transition thing? |

I kind of thought something like that Greg, but it was built in december of 1960. Im not sure if I would call it late 61, or close enough to the flipseat construction. Maybe they switched to black around this time and just kept rolling with it? _________________ drive your split. |

Fairly late for a So-23 is what I meant, I think the flipseats came out in March '61? Ours are both April and neither had the original carpet. I did find an original carpet from a flipseat (seller stated it was from a '61) and it is black. |
