I think a set of black rims with chrome
caps and outer rings would look nice on a white Van! _________________ A sad looking 88 Westfalia, MT 2.1 with 150k on the clock and several issues! |

Me likey.
I thought about it too a while back when first introduced, but perceived different pattern shut that down.

Specs please!
What spacers did you use?
What size tires?
Did you open the center bore?
How did you mount?
I am guessing you used R12 radius ball lug fasteners?
That van is a clone of mine. I am tempted to put white wheels on mine now actually. Looking good,
How do these roll for you? _________________ "Use the SEARCH, Luke" But first visit the Vanagon FAQ!

I REALLY like how those look, I have the "original" 14 version...
If you dont mind me asking how did you come across a set of the new rims?
I saw a new beetle parked next to the vanagon a few weeks ago and thought that if there was a way these would look great. Now you proved it!! _________________ Lonely Vanagon running up and down Delco

Also, if you look closely, the drapes in the house match the Vanagon, illustrating outstanding thematic continuity. |
