VHT, fire the engine for 20 seconds, high idle. Then shut down and left cool. Then repeat again. Works really good for me, light touch up after 6 months.
Biggest tip, don't apply more than you need to cover the surface effectively. and sand the surface throughly. Otherwise it's off to the coaters.
