Please help me to find Ricardo , I buy NOS or Beetle Bumper guard after I send the payment he never been reply my email it have been more than 1 month seen i have payed for the part .

He emailed me yesterday about his ban and said he is working on repaying the person I mentioned on the last page.

I informed him he could not be unbanned until ALL the people above are paid or receive their parts (or valid tracking #s).

I would keep emailing him.

Well I am in the midst of a similar deal with Ricardo or Rick whichever you like.
I bought some green peanut turn signal lenses from him back on July 6th.
I Just received them this past weekend, so waited over a month.
But at least I got them ,,, or so I thought.
Opened the box, and they are both Very scratched up, for being supposedly "new" lenses, So not so happy, but ok, I guess I can polish them up a bit.

But the Real kicker is, they are not Both Green ! The picture of the pair in his ad looks Great ! (of course)
But what I received was one that was a nice green, like his ad, and the other was almost black !

So needless to say, I'm not happy. I wrote him back on the following Monday (Aug. 13th) and am still awaiting a response.

Sad to say ,,, but it looks like I'm in the same boat with you guys.

He not replay the email since long time .no information about shipping etc ...Not recomended seller

Unfortunately due to complaints he is still banned from the site.

To the best of my knowledge, he was relying on sales from the site to send people refunds so he is stuck in a circle until he can make money elsewhere.

Anybody heard from this crook? I might have to hire somebody in Mexico to find this guy. I won't give up my $1700. Already 8months. Seems like he is also banned from Paypal

No way, he should be banned from Earth. I lost $180 on January 2011 trying to buy a radio, that unfortunately other guy bought few months after and mentioned here in this topic some problems about the model of the radio he received is not the model he asked for.

Never did hear anything one way or another from Senior Reek, but after going through the process, Paypal refunded my money after they didn't hear from him either.

Hope all is well with him and his family, a little communication goes a loooong way though.

Lesson learned: Check Samba Feedback before pushing the payment button, no matter how badly you want them baubles and trinkets.

Kudos to Everett for all he has done on everyone's behalf here.

Believe it or not. He is still in business selling parts in Mexico while ignoring all the customers from samba.com. I believe one of his buddies in Mexico is selling his parts in here......
This guy is a real krook.

Any idea?

Who is selling his parts on here?
I do not want that happening while he still owes Samba members money.

He was interested in returning to the site but I told him he could not return until everyone was paid back.
So maybe try emailing him again, maybe he has your money now and wants to solve the old problems.
