I think the original color of my '55 European bug was L370 Nile Beige. That color doesn't look quite right though. Sorry don't have any pics. |

My 55 Vert in Dolomite L279
Has anyone seen a whole car in this color? If so, I would love to see pictures.
It was a "vert only" color for 54 and early 55.

but metallic blue (L35, 53 year only) is not L227 strato silver, no ?
anyone have picture of L35 metallic blue please ?
(my 53 is in restoration, and i'm thinking about color...)

My first oval was just like that - but not as high scoring in the originality department.
My latest oval - L41 which scores 0 in the originality stakes, due to 2165cc, Pedrinis, and IRS......... _________________ If I am not out on the Indian, or in the garage, I'm back in Afghanistan.
