Camping in Minneapolis/ St Paul area

I have an upcoming class in St Paul. I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of a campground or decent stealth camping area near downtown MSP? I was hoping for something where I could park my Westy for a few nights and ride my bike to where I need to go.

There are some pretty good county parks (I think it is Ramsey County for St.Paul and Hennepin County for Minneapolis) that are good for camping. Lots of bike trails also.

Google them up and see if anything is sort of near where you want to be.
