Found out last weekend that the UK has a desert
Its called Dungeness and has a big nuclear power station on it as well as a colony of arty types living in beach huts. Its a weird place so we decided to take the Westy down that way last weekend to see what it was like. I thought I would share with you guys what we got up to as I know a few of you like to follow us on our random camp outs.
Hope you like it,

Jed! Another excellent travelogue. You are a master and I aways look forward to new installments.
Also really dug the soundtrack cut. Who is that?
And, yeah. Desert in Britain. Kinda.
All the best in your travels. Do it vigorously. The boy is growing. Soon, like with mine, he'll have "better" things to do. _________________ - 83.5 Westfalia - 2.2 GoWesty "power"

Nice one, Brovah!! Nobody captures camper life quite like you do....sometimes I forget that I'm not watching a show on the travel channel. They should pay you for this. _________________ 1985 Wolfsburg Edition Westfalia Camper Bostig conversion

Thanks for the kind words guys
Really glad you like the video, I am really getting into making them now fueled with the thought of going to North Africa with Jake and Alan in their vans too later this year. Its our CampervanCulture.com xmas party I have noticed quite a few of you from over there are visiting the UK after watching some of the videos. Our good mate Rob has set up www.heathrowcampervanhire.co.uk and as well as the wicked high roof van they rent out at the moment he will have a Westy Syncro for hire next year too. I dont think anyone else is renting Syncros in the UK. Might be worth dropping him a line if your looking to rent something and Heathrow is where the airport is so he can pick you up in the camper If you mention us he might even include a couple of bikes or something.
