Hey Guys
One of members needs our prayers.... Jose "Volkey" was rushed to the hospital early this morning with what appears to be a small brain aneurysm. He is being prep'd for emergency surgery right now. Lets keep him in our thoughts and prayers. I will update you all I soon as I know something.

Went to see Jose and his wife tonight. They did an angiogram of the brain today and confirmed it was an Aneurysm. He's awake and talking he is having brain surgery tomorrow at 8 am (est 8 hour surgery) to clip/block the artery in his brain that caused the aneurysm. He is very lucky the aneurysm its self developed a blood clot which stopped the bleeding or it could of been much worse. While I was there a nurse came in and and preformed a bunch of motor skills test he pass them all with flying colors. I'll keep you guys updated tomorrow as soon as I know something.

At around 3:30 his wife informed us that he was still in surgery, (since around 9 am) that the surgery was going great, the Dr wanted to do a test before stitching him back up to make sure the clips used to stop the bleeding had taken correctly. He's not out of the woods yet but it seems to be going very well.

Alright gentlemen I got another update
The test performed in the o.r was a success, the clips are working and doing their job. The doctors were prepping to stitch his head close and end surgery. In a couple hours he will be starting his journey to recovery.

He had a 10 hour brain surgery to take care of a ruptured anurysm in his brain yesterday and everything is ok according to his wife. She says it's a process from this point forward rehabbing and won't really know the side effects but the surgery was successful.

Hi everybody. I didn't want to post anything here but I just realize is easier. As many of you know by now Jose had a rupture aneurysm that thanks to Our Amazing GOD close before it cause mayor damage. Because of the possibility of it to rupture again it had to be taking care of. Yesterday the doctors tried to do it with a less invasive method but do to the kind of aneurysm it was imposible for that reason they decided to open the skull. He just got out from surgery and everything went great. I have to thank everyone for the prayers and concern
If anyone wants to go and visit him, he's at Baptist Hospital
