Interesting read..
They say you can't please all the people all the time, but I think you managed to please most of the people most of the time.
Despite having buggy issues(My Fault) My family and I had a great time and plan to return again in 2014
One thing I do want to mention is that when I registered, I gave my email address but didn't get an email about the survey or it's results. If it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't have known about either.
By the way, I have a small battery powered handheld PA system with microphone that I can donate for next year.
Keep up the good work guys! Thanks to everyone who made the event possible. _________________ http://CNYBuggy.org - Central New York Dune Buggy Club

Mike,
Thanks for the comments. We know that the MOTB will not be everything for everybody but as long as the majority are enjoying it, we'll try to keep doing it.
As for the email about the survey, there wasn't one. Advertisement for the survey was conducted at the MOTB morning meetings, on the MOTB website, on thesamba.com (this thread), on the MC facebook page, and on the MC forum. The club admin (me) didn't compile the list of email address that were in the registration forms. I am extremely sensitive to privacy issues (yes I know you can BCC people) and don't, as a habit, send out broadcast emails. The reason for asking for email addresses is for an additional contact point if needed to reach an individual. They are not shared. In fact I shred the registration forms after the event.
Vince and I appreciate the offer of the PA system and ask that you bring it. It will help.
Thanks,

As those who attended the MOTB heard, we are trying to produce a video scrapbook DVD for this year's event. As a little teaser, I've posted a small video clip from a fun little activity some of us participated in. Check out the MOTB website.
Enjoy.

The YOUTUBE link worked. That is a hoot.
You need to use the music from Benny Hill for it.
Thanks for sharing this...now I have nothing to look forward to on Monday morning at work... (see my original post a few responses up).
Thanks also for all of the hard work that went in to making this event happen.

There will be updates to the website gallery continuously as I plow through all the photos (thanks for sending some) from the event. Additionally, as we progress with the DVD there will be more teasers
Thanks for the help Chris.
