Can someone point me to a thread that has discussed tires? I have tried a couple of searches and could not find any information.
At this time my 82 Westy is needing tires really bad. I saw the Hankooks on the Bus Depot site and I have seen discussion here on the Michelins and when I went to the tirerack web site they showed that they sell Continetals along with the Michelins as recommend tires for the Vanagon. Does anyone have an opinon on these tires?
By the way, thanks for all the help pointing me in the right direction on things.
MightyArt, the fuel injection primer was great and you are right the more you look at the injection system the simpler and easier they get. |

Another acceptable option would be the Michelin LTX M/S in the 195/75/14. 6 Ply. All season. Pretty close to orignial diameter. Stiff sidewall. Will do the correct pressure. Not too noisy going down the road. Good mileage life. |
