3.

2 on the driver's side
1 on the passenger side, behind the rear cargo door.
This last one is the one with the grab handle.

There is only 1 grab handle.

Does any one know the pitch size for the screws?

No, there is two hooks on the drivers wall but only one at the B pillar by the drivers door.
The second hook goes on the wall above the back seat. Smile

Ok gotcha....

In my 67 deluxe the coat hooks look like big round white buttons. And i am missing the grab handle at the rear there....

Should mine have those fancy metal hooks in that picture?

The aluminum ones (that style) are 59-63 only.
58 and earlier Deluxes also have aluminum coat hooks but they are a different shape.
64-67 are the little plastic hooks. They mount with sheet metal screws.

Here's what is left of an early style S hook for passenger side. Salvaged to get to the original slotted LONG screws.
