Yup, I've got the 3M full frontal pre-formed kit on my Passat. 7 years later and it looks as new. My car has been hit by projectiles that sounded like bowling balls, but not a mark on the car. Well worth the money. My wife opted not to put the kit on her Jetta, and she is soon to go in for her third front end repair and repaint. That's a lot of deductibles. She says this time she is getting the clear bra put on. It's also covered by insurance.

Laughing

But seriously: Lay it out in the sun for a bit; it'll make for an easier install. Wink

I had access to a vinyl plotter at one time and created a VW logo for "Hilda's" bra. It is standard 3m vinyl graphic and has weathered very well and still looks good to me. I also did the same thing to the mud flaps.

You can just barely make out the view of the mud flaps here.

I've had one made by Colgan http://www.colgancustom.com/index.html on my bus for more than twenty years. It fits great! I take it off either before it rains or after. After a rain I spread it out in the garage and let it dry. If it's a light mist rain I leave it on the bus, and it dries out with no problems. I've had many bus owners ask me where I bought it and what brand it is.

Mine seems to fit tighter than the other two shown, not sure of the brand. I always remove it before the bus goes back into the garage...
