I believe the official time is 4pm but I have heard people show up at 4am to get a spot for a vintage car?

It's free, it's just in the McDonald's parking lot.

Scottsdale show is huge and fun, not to many vw's, but a little of everything. We got there about noon and the place was packed.

Bumping up this old thread.

Anyone know the name of the color on this car?

It's too tan to be pearl white. But it's too light to be Panama Beige. Maybe Kalahari Beige?

Always loved the color, but never had a magazine with this car in it to figure it out the details.

Awesome. I appreciate the info. I knew it was a VW color, but I couldn't put my finger on it. I was searching through the earlier beige colors, not very often do you see someone put a color off a later model on an earlier car. Usually the other way around.

Thanks again.
