I have a 2.2 subaru in my 72 westie. I have found the job to easier than I was led to believe. The wiring and coolant pipes are the progect left for me. I did not reverse the coolant manifold or move the fuel tank. The only thing I had to make was the engine mounting bar and radiator mounts.
Good Luck!,
John
