Yes, it's still going on.
The next Sac NAG meet will be on Saturday, April 12 at Jasper's Giant Hamburgers located at 6720 Madison Ave Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Starts around 5:00pm.

Jim is absolutely correct. Just to add on to this slightly, it is the second Saturday of EVERY month at this location and time.
