I just received a square weave German carpet kit for my 1965 Convertible from Wolfsburg West. It appears they sent me a kit for a sedan. The rear luggage piece is rectangular at the top like a sedan and my eyes tell me it should be convex or rounded to match the curve of the area under the convertible top. Am I wrong? If anyone has any experience buying and installing this kit IN A CONVERTIBLE please enlighten me. I am disappointed that the most expensive thing on my order that is packaged with no part sticker on it is goofed up |

I too purchased a Red German Square weave carpet kit from Wolfsburg West for my '66 Kabriolett. The area under the rear window is curved/curved on mine. Also check the heater channel carpet piece(s) The carpet will contour along the gusset of the rear seat support _________________ 1947 Typ 11a

Thanks for adding credibility to something I wish wasn't the case. Much appreciated. |

Mistakes happen, if you call them, I'm sure they will fix it.
