How can I convert a PDF to JPG to use one of my picture editors? I need to make a low light out of it, change the colors and do some other mods.

go to the link, click on Fahrzeuge and then go to PKW in the sub category. It will show you the thumbnails, which you click on and they pop up. When they pop up, there is a PDF image in the bottom left corner. Click it and its the full sized piece

Then, since it is in PDF format, the only way to make it a raster image like jpg is to show the PDF image on your screen as large as possible, and make a screen capture.

Well, there is another way: Print the PDF, and scan the print. that will actually be higher res, I guess.

Or open it in Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop and do a "save as" and change the file type to a .jpg (under "format" for Photoshop or "save as type" for Acrobat).

Don't you ever build that original! That must be kept for posterity.

But please do scan it in as high resolution as you can. Wink

Im never going to build it. If it needs to be sacrificed by popping it open to make more then maybe. Other than that it will get put in a frame and hung Cool

Scanning has proved more difficult. I have the largest flat bed scanner (mainstream office shit) at work that others in the area have. Most large stuff gets run through a roller type scanner that Im unsure if I should put this trough without messing it up. So unless someone has an idea on where I can use a large - 11.5x23 flat bed scanner minimum. - Im still looking.

Is there a local Kinkos? And no major problem by scanning it in two halves. The file pics can be joined/spliced. Or at least a good quality hi res. scan for each component of it. That's no concern since the parts will get cut out anyway.

This is most likley what Ill do. I ran a quick scan like this at work (same size scanner that they have) but it was a pdf Crying or Very sad I forgot to change it to a tif or jpg. So once I do that Ill have it.

Then well see who I share it with........................... Twisted Evil

A few of these images recently appeared in another thread. Seemed like they could go here, too.

From Notchboy's 6000 photos.

Neat dealer cardboard cutouts!

These are neat! Its a pity the pdf isn't vector. I work in a large format tradeshow display company, I could print these on pretty good sized paper, card...whatever. Would be cool!

Plus...it would be easier to change the colour to orange Laughing
