These guys ended up sandblasting the stove front panel, powder coating the paint and then having the original artwork screen painted. Very, very nice job.

GoWesty has a small rubber grommet that they call a "6mm Rubber Blanking" that covers up the hole. Its part number 056116 and they are 65cents each.

For some reason, this post is... REALLY USEFUL just now. Thank you! I'm going to see if I can wheedle Les and the Guys into putting on the decals and putting some clear coat over them.

For some reason, I think the ones for the rocker panels won't work.
