Yes, it's so. I'm really only selling it, as I don't have time to drive it. I mean I've got 7 other vehicles here, and I can't drive them all. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Yup. Wolfie has come a long way... |
Yup Dave, that's Wolfie. I can at least say I kept most of my promise to Russ, in that the car did get put back together and was driven. In fact Marilyn even drove (abit a short distance) back in 2012. The only thing I didn't get to do, was let HIM drive it (he passed away before I was finished). But, I/we took him to the 2012 type 3 Invasion out in Colorado, and he returned us home safe and sound.
Yes, you're right Donnie, in that car was literally rebuilt from the ground up. And while not 100% stock, it can be brought to that level with minimal work, as I have a good part of the bits already here (they go with the car, but some bits are still needed), that can go back on. Remember, I didn't go thru all that trouble to build a trailer queen, I built it to drive. It's not a show car, but it does show well. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Damn, that's one fine car, probably one of the very few that tempt me to jump... but I'd have to sell Clementine and I just can't quite bring myself to do so.
Hmmm, maybe I need to work on my wife to make this her midlife crisis car... |

T34 like that go here for double that if not more.
even an unrestored rusted out kg t1 go for 10k minimum here. _________________ The best of VW engine development!

You're probably right Tram, but I did get to drive it, and I learned quite a bit from building it.
My problem is too many vehicles, not enough time to enjoy them. It happens.
I thought I had priced fair. A buddy of mine thought I had it priced too high, but then he's into later model GM stuff. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

If I had the disposable bread it would be here now. That car is quite a bit of Samba history- besides needing to be rescued from a notch down in front! _________________ Немає виправдання для війни! Я з Україною.
