Looks like an emissions decal, for California cars, post more info about the car and I bet someone will chime in with more info and probably a link on where to get a new one _________________ 69 Beetle, 64 GMC 1000 (1/2 ton), 59 Ford Ranch Wagon (for the wife and kiddos), 92 Motorhome for vacationing. |

Yes, it's an emissions decal but it's for a non-California 1976 car. They aren't reproduced.

Providing you have a decent example to start with and an artist that has a good eye for topography and the proper DIN fonts.
I've done a few for '79 models (bug and bus). There are quite a few different styles out there. If you can shoot a pic of a well lit example, I may be able to recreate one for you. If you do shoot a pic, try to shoot it straight on and as square as possible. The better the sample the better the recreation.
