Stolen around Aug 3rd, 2014 from South East San Diego a 1968, VIN 268074053, License 77312V, white single cab, plenty of rust on drop-down gates. 2 vertical black bars w/horizontal cross bar attached to both just behind cab in bed to hold material above cab. Double sided treasure chest doors, one air vent in each. Front window busted out and still laying in backyard, along with rubber. Broken glass found at back gate, driver's side window? Not drivable, had to be towed or trailered.

The treasure chest area had a case of oil spilled in it so it was semi preserved.
The locks on the treasure chest doors are '67,'68, and '69 only.

My condolences. Probably looked abandoned and thus an easy target.

Quote:
Neighbor in alley saw theft done in morning. Thieves were two men and a woman, all assumed Caucasian, light skinned. One man described as with dark hair combed straight back from face wearing blue shirt. The woman is blond and chubby but not chunky. Vague description, but something.

Piece by piece the puzzle is put together. Got anything more to add? Any pieces to the puzzle?
Please contact SDPD, non emergency phone number, 619-531-2000 or PM me or post here. Thank you.
