Who says there are no good camp sites available close to Vancouver on a long weekend without booking the months ahead!!? Nor the wildest of wilderness but it was this or the side of the highway 850m below...
Sunset......

Took Philmore out for his first Aurora trip. Way up in the Talkeetna Mountains of Alaska.
At Summit Lake, at the end of a narrow winding gravel road with steep grades , switchbacks, and drop offs. In the dark.
Got a little bored so did some light painting to show Philmore in the puckerbrush.

Taken up near Big Bear Lake, CA on Forest Road 3N14. Just a quick shake-down run to celebrate passing smog. _________________ 1970 Squareback with 1915cc dual 40idf

Not really wilderness as such, but this was us a couple of weeks ago, north of Salzburg, Austria and heading west.
