Greetings from Transylvania!

I have found around my town,an interesting vehicle,seems to be built in 1960 in Switzerland,with T1 parts.T1 headlights,30hp (industrial maybe) engine,16” wheels,T1 frond end.
Does anybody has any ideea of this vw thing? This is the only info that i have found online.

Not bought it yet,its around 500 eur,is it worth it?
Its kinda interesting because in the original shape is „cabrio„ as its presented in the PDF file.
I live in a village where i could use it like an offroader or something Question but its a rare thing though...
