I have a acquired a mostly complete sportsmobile bench seat model kit from the mid 60's that I am going to put in my 65. If you have a sportsmoblie please share pics here or if you have general advice please do so. I will post what I am starting out with. Starting with the roof now. I have some 1/8 birch plywood trying to fit. Tips?

I was hoping someone would chime in with a tip or two but nothing so I winged it. Cut the long wall today and test fit before pulling out to stain and coat. I have the two ceiling halves tacked in. If anyone has suggestions don't be shy but at this point the rest should be bolt on type of stuff.

Here's the long wall

The bulkhead trim from a standard was put in by a PO. Its coming out very soon. I used it as a speaker shelf until today.

Ok so it's been a long hot summer. Had to take some breaks but I have made much progress and will post some pics over the next few days/weeks. Got some help from a member here with an original sportsmobile so I had an idea how it was put together originally. I had to substitute wood in place of formica but overall it has really come together well.
