I recently purchased a fiberglass buggy body (full-size) on a '65 pan. The pan was trash, so I'm putting the body on a running '69 pan. The '65 was a link pin/swing axle and the '69 is a ball joint/IRS. Length seems right, as does the bends over the tunnel front and rear. But the '69 pan appears an inch wider or so on either side of the buggy body at the rear of the pan. About halfway to the front the difference tapers off to where the body and pan match.

Is there a difference between pans? I don't think I can spread the body at the rear to line up with the edge of the pan...

I suspect the body was made by FiberJet but I haven't found good pics for confirmation.

Thanks,

Rick
