This made me snarf coffee out of my nose. We really need a "like" button.
I was also mislead by the thread title! Hopefully soon; my Wish List is filling up... _________________ Joe T.

It appears that the T-Day sales in the past were posted on T-Day 2012 and the day before T-Day in 2009. Those were the only 2 that came up in my search. _________________ 1977 Westfalia 2.0FI 4spd

A Samba member mentioned in another thread that they had contacted them about a discount for a potential group buy a few days ago. They told them there aren't any group buy discount, but mentioned that they should sign up for the newsletter, and they would be sending out notification and a discount code for a sale over the upcoming holiday. My wish list is ready! Stay tuned... _________________ "See The Glass As Already Broken."

I got a wasserstopper fly on sale to help out my original pop top tent, while ordering radiator hoses for my van that won't cool itself even in cold weather. That was nice. But with this thread title I too was hoping for a nice fat sale on the goodies I want. |

I never understand these GoWesty sale threads. Some people seem to feel GoWesty is obliged to have a sale every single holiday.
It's nice when they do but it shouldn't be counted on absolutely. |
van-cafe could probably draw you a picture if that would help |

Cool now I'll only spend $680 on a brake kit that thumps. I can not wait to replace it every two weeks. Happy Shopping you smart savers. |

Never had a single issue with my new GW BB Kit since the day I installed it. I'm very happy with mine. _________________ 1990 Multivan - "Ohana"

Thank You Jerry, I'm happy your brakes are working well. Have you descended any mountain passes with passion yet? Heads all empty and I don't care? You know the driving I'm talking about. The kind where it is so good, not missing a second of it is was worth risking your life or others for. Or has it been to the coffee shop and home? Honestly answer that! I have a useless Syncro that Go Westy built less then 9,000 miles ago and sold for top dollar. It is a useless piece of crap. I posted years ago that I liked GoWesty. I'm posting now I think they are worse then Walmart. Have you ever been experienced, I have! It is a futile use of my energy posting this. Guys like you will do your holiday shopping at Go Westy no matter what. WallMart continues to grow and so will GoWesty. Enjoy knowing Go Westy is still making bank at a 15 percent discount. Shop on Holiday revelers. Or Support some of your other Samba vendors. Your dollar is your vote. How many Go Westy products were developed by Mullendore or Burley? Screw 15 percent, visit some soul and spend your money there. If anybody is thinking of buying a GoWesty Vanagon PM me. I will show you how one holds up. If you do not know what heads all empty is about, it is a lot. Start your research with Sugar Magnolia by the Grateful Dead https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2RJ3l_0_PA
Oh, and yes always, Thank You Jerry |

So let me get this straight - you spent tens of thousands of dollars on a car you are not happy with, but we are all idiots because we want to save a few bucks on parts? _________________ 1962 Karmann Ghia
