That was my first thoughts.
Probably a very understanding neighbor and the handy floor jack , - in the picture.
My sympathy, dealing with so much snow over a short period of time - brings the best and worst of people.
Yeh, 2014 is the warmest year on record. Strange Times.
Hopefully the flooding predicted, wont be a problem.
Just think SPRING ........ ( Cant wait ) |

How do you get that bus under the car port? Looks like a tight manuver. |
I would guess he backs it in. |
I was wondering when someone was going to ask that question....
I removed two fence posts and two bushes, then backed it in parallel parking style until it got stuck, then used two jacks to shift it into place. The clearance between the houses was about two inches on either side with the mirrors off.
I should borrow a teleportation device to get it out in the spring... if anyone has one let me know _________________ 1979 Type I Convertible |

Since its an old automobile it seems only fit to use a teleportation device our grandfathers would of used. Just so happens I have the set my grandfather used for just such things. Sorry its a two piece device - I think they have an all in one device today? Not sure.

Got some white stuff up here in Victoria too. For November, that's 'yellow-bucket' rare...

Weather Channel like to get all pumped up! They name every damn winter storm these days. Must be good for ratings. I live on the Outer Banks so they always scare family that doesn't live here with every tropical system that passes by! _________________ 71 super auto stick basically original minus a couple resprays

Some areas got pounded more than others with this Blizzard Colbie. I just wanted to see how the new snow tires were going to handle in fresh snow. Mastercraft make a great snow tire. Amazing traction. |

Nice touch showing trees in the background, but that is one whacky looking bus! The grains of snow are huge too! _________________ Mark

I think I'm burning more gas in my snowblower than in my car this winter. We still don't have a lot of snow compared to previous winters but it seems like I'm snowblowing the yard every other day.
