picture is dated 1952 and the caption reads

It says number three from 1938.
Wasn´t the Raffay car the third of the serial production from 1939?

So the description has the wrong year or it is an other car.

Yes, I believe it is.

I have seen other pictures of the Raffay '39, claiming that it is #03 from 1938.

Compared with split behind there, the hood seems to have sharp corners, but as said, the resolutuion is too low to judge properly.
