I bought a pair of the upper cardboard luggage area panels from Steve, and the shorter lower panels. Communication was fine, and the panels shipped when he said they did and arrived on time. The big disappointment for me is that they were badly damaged during shipping. They are a hard to find part in decent shape, in that color, and I paid a good price for them. Arrival was in a flat screen TV box without a shred of padding, and two corners of each panel bent. A larger sheet of stiff board or foam would've prevented it all. In my opinion, their condition went from an 8 to a 6 during shipping. My email regarding this has not been responded to. Lame.

photos should have been sent to me immediately for possible insurance claims and basic considerations. otherwise, it is what you said yourself - just bitching about prices. sorry about the damage, it never happened in over 750 samba sales. but i aim to satisfy you if i can see what's happening. photos, friend.
