Thanks guys,
I'm hoping to get the shell painted within a couple of weeks. I have a little tweaking to do on my makeshift paint booth. I'll get the air right beforehand.
Pleated filters choke down the volume so much, I'll have to add a few more inlets.
I really like the direction Paul went with this build; he has preserved as much history as he possibly could.
I still can't talk him into 2-toning the bumpers.

I am so confused with the colour scheme! - Dove cab floor + engine bay, Westy cream white out side.
Obviously a resto interpretation of the Westy colour scheme?

Great project, just read the whole tread, love the paint scheme. But is there a reason why you set back the odometer just 5 miles? I agree that you shouldn't change it, and ofc you haven't really changed it, but why 5 miles? And again, beautiful bus  |

I guess that happened when I had the gears off and was cleaning and greasing. I did not notice it until I had it put back together

That's right Eric.
Here is one example why I love Jerry's work,
Most people would just go ahead and take the easy way out and say. This is the metal that you supplied me, so I am putting it in. Not Jerry, look at what he did!
Jerry takes pride in everything he does, he is very meticulous, just the kind of guy I want working on my bus..
