What does the missing piece here look like? Not the cabinet door but the small circle.

I used the Bentley manual to try and adjust the sliding door handle. It seems that the manual does not cover the late bay models.

The day before I lubed all pivot points, lubed the upper and lower rollers, the pivot linkage. The plastic block on the sliding door was ok with no cracks.

The door closed really well, much better than before. Minimal effort to get it to shut. Not as easy as a Vanagon, but very close. Cable adjustment really did not seem to be adjusted.

I would recommend cleaning and lubricating everything before going after the sliding door cable.

I wanted to get it perfect using the Bentley only to find that it covered sliding doors with 2 cables.
