Fresh water level sensor

Got a new gremlin. When I turn on the faucet , the fridge indicator light turns on!!!! No water level..... Wifey swears it all
Worked last year.... Now I dunno. Help? Pics?

Got a few wires unplugged from the water freshwater tank and such. Help?

In the second photo, there's a black wire undone from the male bit sticking out of the tank. Start by reconnecting that.

then start by ripping out all that mess empty and remove that germ riddend tank use that space for poland spring 3 gallon jugs 2 fit in that space then pump that clean h2o to your sink that's my system

when I opened my for the first time there was and inch of "pink" water and a rusty knife

so out the tank came and now poland water always
and with a little mod to the cabinet wire side
I can fit my coleman camp stove
you can slide it down in that space


while I'm at it you should remove your LP tank and stove

cook outside and sleep well at nite knowing there's not a lp bomd under your head

The heavy gauge green wire needs to be connected to the chassis asap. Look in the area under the romex you can see where it attaches.

Don't get me wrong
how I enjoy sleeping in the westy in a downpour
when you know tent campers are having a wet nite

and how the smell, and grease from all the meals cooked on that stove , settling into the int ,and flocking

jetboil for the AM wake up call and a quick hot drink anytime
Lobsters and the likes on the camp stove outside

I just enjoy the safer side of the design

I always use my water tank and have done so for 15 years. Same with my stove, cook on it, then CLEAN IT! No smells.
Big gas tank bomb under the passenger seat doesn't concern either.

As already suggested, definitely clean those connectors and ensure those grommets aren't leaking before buttoning everything back up.

Figured out the green wire....but I got the shore power before. Guess it's just a heavy duty ground. And tinkered with the black wire down below that needs a new spade terminal but I'm not getting any read out yet. Trouble light shows power to the Display terminal , but no lights. And without a known working set of level sensors I cannot test the true functionality of the display. Any other tests anyone know of? Or anyone in the Portland area wanna let me swap for a test?
I've owned several rivieras in the past
And have never had any problems or worries about the propane tanks in the past. Besides, those are so thick, any surface rust is laughable. More concerned with the filler for the gas tank than anything else in my experience. Freshwater tank has been well taken care of, and minus a little corrosion on the outside of the sensors, it's alright( except that factory rusted knife has eluded me).

I will be removing the fridge this autumn to give it a tune up and do a thorough van clean up. At that point I will check the harness behind it for weirdness. At the same time, my battery level sensor seems to work well.

me and my wife have slept in the westy in SUB zero temps never with a heater

that would have been the first thing I would have removed
