I would like a set as well if yours are the adjustable style. I have a set of homemade fixed ones that work great but adjustable flap would be better. My wife hates it blowing on her on the passenger side. _________________ 60 S0-23 Westy |

Non adjustable is all I make.
This style here
For the people asking for Single and Double Cab options, not only is the length different, but there is no screw to mount. A completely different design would need to be made. Sorry. |

Thanks, wasn't sure which style yours were. Those are pretty much the same as what I have. Thanks anyway. _________________ 60 S0-23 Westy |

Go with the magnet mount and she can just take it off. |

I can't make them to resell at the +/- $25 people are willing tobpay, so I am out unless I can fine an overseas manufacturer that will do them cheap. I'd rather keep the work in the US though. |

If I were you I'd get ahold of Mr. Hokie87. The apparent options are $75 to Autocraft or the custom formed license plate. _________________ Larry in OB

They are easy to make for less than $10. Here is how:
1. Buy a 1 inch wide 1/16 inch thick aluminum or stainless bar
http://www.lowes.com/ProductDisplay?partNumber=215...;cId=PDIO1
2. Mark the bar with a Sharpie per the diagram. The 6 1/4 " dimension is for a single cab but other busses will have different dimensions; just add 1/4 inch to the length of the vent.
3. Make 90 degree bends in the vise along the lines. It is easier to make the 45 angle bend first then use a screwdriver to make the 90 degree angle bend.
4. Trim the ends with tin snips and clean up the edges.
5. Wipe down with paint thinner to get rid of the Sharpie marks and buff with steel wool.
6. Use epoxy or rubber cement to attach rare earth magnets to the back
http://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Magnetics-1-2-in.../202526367
7. Paint if desired.
This took me 30 minutes but I stopped to take pictures. I did make a single cab set in the process of documenting this so the set seen here is available (without the magnets). PM if you want them. $25 should cover materials and shipping in the U.S. |

... Or you could name the price that makes sense to you, and we can move from there. _________________ ॐ |

Please name your price, we are actually willing to pay more than $25, but i'm sure yours will still be less expensive than the $70 autocraft option.
Help us out man; i live in Florida and is crazy hot in here and others have expressed their interest too. _________________ ॐ |

Unfortunately unless I was making them just to be a nice guy and not getting paid for my time, they would cost more than the current supply. |

I have 3d printed a couple sets of these for a DC and they work great. I would like to print some for a bus but don't have one to measure. Does anyone have the measurement from front to back of the vent area?
Is a single cab the same measurement as double cab?
Thanks |
