I drained my transmission fluid from my manual transmission and I took off both transmission nuts. One of the nuts has a magnet on it and the other doesn't. Does it matter which nut goes where? Thanks for the help!

Check your fill plug. It should not have a magnet. someone at sometime has probably mixed them up. If you only have one with a magnet, put it in the lowest position, the differential.
