I am trying to identify the exhaust but I am confused as whether it is a Type 4 or Type 3 exhaust. See the photos.
Thank you.

That preheat pipe on the left suggests a carbureted motor. I'm not sure what is meant by "Typ V 71" but the info below that says quite clearly that the exhaust is for a 61-64 Variant. |

It's for the early Type 3, either 62-63 with PHN carb, or the later N model 64-65, with the later PHN 1 or PHN 2 carb. The extra pipe on the left is the carb pre-heat tube. |

Thanks D/A/N and Ataraxia.
That is why I was confused because of the Type V marking.
Know anyone that needs it? I think I picked it up for my Type 34 but it was incorrect for my 66. _________________ "Two things are infinite: The universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe." Albert Einstein

You need the later version with separate small heat exchangers for a 66, if T34 is the same as T3.
Someone in the 1500 Club should snap it up if the price is right... |

Yeah, I found that out after I picked it up.
Thanks, I will try to price it fairly. _________________ "Two things are infinite: The universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe." Albert Einstein

I bought 1 like that for my 64 T-34 with dual carbs. I just used a bug block off plate and gasket to cap the tube. Worked just fine. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I was going to ask you about it but I see it's pending at $250. Damn. That was fast and i thought it was priced slightly high! I should pull the 3 or 4 NOS ones I have down out of the rafters. _________________ Немає виправдання для війни! Я з Україною.
