It's a 1966, assuming all the body parts are correct for the model year...
The paint looks like L91D Kansas Beige, to me. _________________ 1988 Ford Festiva L

How about...1966 and Sea Sand. That's what it should be, right?
The outside looks a little different from the frunk, but that could be poor lighting in the pictures. _________________ 1963 Notchback - Ruby Red

Looks like Sea Sand on my monitor. Either that, or a very watered down Nutria.
So Tim, finally bit the bullet and got your Square painted? _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I am flattered you remember my square!! yeah it got painted but took forever.. My friends buddy painted it for me at his shop but took over 6 months to do it.. it had a whole lot of front end damage that needed a new clip..
but the reason why i am asking about this color is I totally told this dude to paint the car in Sea Sand but find out he apparently matched the ashtray to a paintchip book from the 70s.. so I am worried he got the wrong color.. he runs the shop on the side so he hasnt been in to tell me the paint code yet.. anyways from the photos i really dont think its sea sand.. i think its savannah beige.. i hope i am wrong.. lesson learned to have the painter give me a sample spray and paint code before he goes to town.. ughhh... i never had a car painted in my life so now i know i f'd up if its a 67+ color... :/ _________________ Click to view image |

I vote Savannah, as much as you don't want it to be.
Let's finish that thing ourselves. It will get done quicker. _________________ 1968 FI Squareback |

Without an original paint part to compare, you'll never really know...
Using photos isn't really going to tell you because of lighting and camera variables.
Get an OE paint Sea Sand dash part and check it out!
Looks like it's going to be a really nice car when you're done. |

Since I have something to compare it with, it does look like Savannah. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof
