I purchased a car from a former member. He sent me a video of the car running and told me that there was a helicopter running in the background. Well the helicopter type noise is the engine. It runs alright except at idle the engine rocks. What should I look for... Nose cone?.... Transmission Mount bushings?

Helicopter noise? First thing to check is if there isn't a rag or something on the fan, sucked in from behind the shroud.

Sounds like its missing on a cylinder or two, if it has dual IR carbs it may be plugged idle jets or miss adjusted idle mixtures

I can actually watch the engine rock. Even the slightest increase in RPM silences it.

Take the fan belt off and let it idle. My brothers car sounds like a helicopter at low idle, his fan shroud. Goes away around 1000 rpm. Gave it a few pushes and pulls, good to go.
