can someone tell me what parts are interchangable onmy 73 thing with other vw models such as front end parts and will a beetle beam fit on it also is ir ok to run wheel addapters thanks ron

check the Thing Shop FAQs for most of your answers. a beetle beam will fit, but you will lose some ground clearance. Good quality wheel adapters are okay (but not strongly recommended) for street driving, but if you plan to off road at all they will likely crack and strip lugs under stress.
