The was a topic on the forum about making T-shirts with a jpeg, I did the group's "old fahrt"
I will look for the link to the T-shirt maker in my old files.

Hey Sam!
Very nice drawing that was a good present!
I wonder what it would look like on the back of a t-shirt with some
sort of mini emblem where the front t shirt pocket would be? (or minus the pocket).
I've never been a fan of t shirts with too much on the front, the tend to be hot, but on the backs it never seemed to bother me.
anyways, Congradulations on the nice gift and don't mind me;
you wear it how ya like!
