Just a couple questions on this carb. I have a 1970 bus, 1600 upright single port with 009 distributer. Is this the normal carb for this engine? How do you adjust the idle on this carb. What carb would I use to replace this one if I had to. The reason I ask is In the bently manual there is no mention at all on this carb. It starts at a 30 pict 2. Also my fuel pump can not be disassembled to access the fuel screen. Is this because it is a brazile styl pump. Again in the Bently it shows diagrams of disassembled pumps one looks very similar to mine accept there is no screw on top.

I think the the 1970 came stock with the PICT-3. I may be wrong. Check out type2.com!

Yeah. According to type2.com it did come with the pict3. I wonder what affect this has on my perfermance?
