UPDATE of KDF-Service
Looks like Tom has taken care of the situation. I finally was able to exchange some text and he seems like a stand up guy.
I will update when the product arrives.

KDF-SERVICE in Poland has made good on their word and delivered the items promised.
Thomaz indicated that there were some issues that limited his time and was very forthcoming with his apology.
Thanks Thomaz. The parts are great and the extras are truly appreciated.

| I had my first experience with Tom (Tomaz)within the last month. It was a number of different Kubel parts and the transaction went well. I would gladly buy again. David |

| Been trying for six months to get a set of plates from Thomasz, no reply to any e-mails or anything. He seems to make some very nice products but his customer service is the worst I have seen |

Paid for a Barndoor gas pedal and it turned up within 2 weeks.

| Still no communication. I would suggest people stay away from them unless they are willing to deal with an outfit who does not communicate |

| I have ordered 4 kubelwagen wiring looms from Tomasz back in March. I have emailed many times and he rarely replies. Excuses and lies whenever he replies which is a rarity. 10 emails might elicit one reply months later. He lies about sending the goods and is in plain English a conman. He takes your money and then disappears. I am writing this whilst on line looking at booking a flight to Poland to confront him. A lot of money and hassle but there is nonoption. He has taken 2500 euros and never sends the goods. Like others on here, this has gone on for months and he has no guilt about his behaviour. One of the worst people in this hobby sadly. Avoid this individual at all costs. |

An update on this situation: the last email from Tomasz was 12 May 2016. He claimed the wiper motors would be sent in a couple weeks. Still nothing. It is now over six years since I sent him the motors for rebuild. Do not deal with this vendor.

An update on this situation. The original post was from February of 2013. Tomasz emailed me a couple of weeks after this post and promised me the windshield wiper motors would be completed and shipped. Almost a year later and I still do not have the wiper motors. Do not do business with this vendor. |

Tomasz Sobkowiak is very unreliable!
I have ordered my parts and paid €290,- in jan 2018 and did not receive anything. (After 1 Year!)
Promises, promises, but no parts.
Be very carefull! |

I have same experiences. Sent €575 on 6/2020 for goods on stock and on 2/2021 I still have nothing. Tomasz stopped answered to my mails.
Very unreliable. I lost much during my life, but why on VW/KDF market as well ?? |
