Robert sent a part promptly. Package arrived undamaged and intact. The rear door solenoid for '90 vanagon was the identical part to mine but it did not work. Robert refunded the full amount w/out questioning. We had several great emails following. I split the difference as I know from a sellers point of view he had time & $ into sending it. I also understand "buyer beware" when purchasing used parts, especially electrical (you can't take new electrical parts back, why should anyone expect to return used?). Cannot believe there are good people like this left in the world! Thank you, Todd
