First off, thanks to everyone who posted data!

68 only, 2 access holes, pull knob lock, push button outer handle, 15mm pins
69 only, 2 access holes, lever door lock, 15mm pins
70-71 1 access hole, lever door lock, 15mm pins
72-73 riveted vent slide, lever door lock, 15mm pins
74-75 riveted vent slide, pull knob lock, 15mm pins
75-76 riveted vent slide, pull knob lock, 8mm pins
76-M77 welded vent slide, pull knob lock, 8mm pins
M77-79 welded vent slide, pull knob lock, 8mm pins, Check Strap changed

1968 only to Ch# 218 220 000
Lock pull knob by window, push button outer handle

1968-75 #3 to 215 2 153 712
15mm pins

1969-73 Ch# 219 000 001 to 213 2 300 000
lock moved next to release lever

1969-79
outer handle changed to pull lever, at some point key tumbler became not removable

1972-E76 from Ch# 212 2000 001 to 2162 047 257
vent introduced in door, rivited slide

1974-79
Door lock Pull knob moved back by the window

1976 from 2162 047 257 Vent slide welded to door instead of riveted.

Inner door lock
1968 Door lock Pull knob by the window
1969-73 Lever door lock moved next to release lever
1974-77 Door lock Pull knob moved back by the window

Outer door handle
1968 push button where key is inserted in middle of handle used to open door
1969-79 release lever on handle between handle and door cavity now squeezed to open door

Check Strap
1968-77 to Ch# 2172 137 042 wire spring with rollers, Strap vertical, Mounting holes ????
1977 from Ch# 2172 137 043 Nylon insert, Strap now horizontal and flat, Mounting holes ????

Cab door hinge conversion kit. This 8mm cab door hinge pin conversion kit allows the fitting of early and late T2 doors (from T2s made between 1969-1976) to any T2 from 19671979.
