I'm curious what others have managed to put together as far as coil over set ups for syncros. I know there is lots of pretty and expensive options out there but for the non bolt-on/non-fat wallet crowd what have you come up with?
Looking for ideas as I prepare to finish off my syncro build later this year. _________________ 86 Syncro Build - Ecotec Motor Swap - Pop Top Conversion - Camper Build & Syncro Conversion |

I had some upper spring perches made to adapt 2.5" springs up front and I built perches in the rear for the same springs.
When I do it again, I'll have lower spring perches made for the front that accept stock springs (like the FOX shocks) and just use spacers in the rear to give my my desired lift.
I don't remember if there are photos in my thread, but there could be. Also a lot of information and links I've posted in the archives. _________________ 1986 Canadian Syncro Westy TDI - 1989 Syncro Single Cab - 2001 Audi S4 - 1981 VW Caddy ABA - 1980 VW Caddy EV - 1973 VW T-181 |
